I'm Pastor Lexy Carson and I began serving Salem/Sauk Valley in September of 2021. It is a joy and a blessing to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and his promise of forgiveness. 

I grew up on a farm outside of Webster, SD where my father still farms with my brother. I’m married to Jesse who is a pastor at Living Word in Alexandria. We met working at NeSoDak Bible Camp on the shores of Lake Enemy Swim. We grew up twenty miles from each other but did not meet until working at camp together. We have 2 sons, Mick & Milo.

I did my undergraduate degree at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, and attained my Masters of Divinity from Sioux Falls Seminary through the Luther House of Study.
